Staff friendly and welcoming. Didn't feel rushed to try out beds

We were greeted by Moses, during our visit , who was informative helpful, and asked suitable questions as to our needs. He showed us numerous beds, and gave us plenty of time, without being intrusive, to make up our own mind about what we wished to purchase, but was there at hand when we needed him. Definitely good service.

Noel was very helpful but not pushy

Deryck was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would say he is a true asset to Dreams and someone the company should do the almost to retain as a member of staff and promote within the organisation as staff like that don't come by everyday. The whole experience of shopping in Dreams was amazing and this is because of Deryck. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced and I shop again in Dreams because Deryck went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I purchased the right produce for us.
