Michael was very friendly and helpful. Had great product knowledge and spent a considerable amount of time with us to meet our needs.

We were greeted by Michael who was very polite and very helpful. We were also given the offer of tea or coffee, we then received a pack of pillows with our order.

MY WIFE AND I WERE GREETED BY MICHAEL IN THE STORE AND HE EXPLAINED THE RANGE OF MATRESSES VERY WELL. HE LEFT US BY OURSELVES AND THERE WAS NO SALES PRESSURE WHICH WAS MOST WELCOMING. AFTER MAKING OUR CHOICES, HE HELPED US WITH EXTRA INFORMATION WE NEEDED TO MAKE DECISION.

I was highly satisfied because of the assistance and effort given to us from an employe called Micheal who made us very satisfied from both the sevice and the product. Micheal was very nice to us the previous visit as well and that what made us choosing dreams as a supply for our bed .
