The member of staff I spoke to, Deryk, could not have been more friendly and helpful. He had a great knowledge of the products and pricing and was able to clear up any questions I had with ease.

The staff were very knowledgeable, attentive and extremely helpful especially Glen who was absolutely fantastic!! He kept things simple, he was very open and transparent and made the experience overall very pleasant.

The shop has a lot of beds (Croydon) and before we could get lost in beds, we were approached by a very friendly assistant who quickly ascertained our needs and desires. He took us through the process of choosing the right bed, impressed us with knowledge and understood what we wanted and liked. He was friendly abd down to earth.
