Dreams - Croydon

We were able to browse at our leisure and the colleagues were very happy to help when we knew what we wanted, and were able to answer our questions easily.

I was assisted by two different members of staff, both of whom were charming. The one who handled the purchase of the mattress, made me tea, double checked through all the paperwork with me and was generally a delight to deal with. We bought our own mattress from Dreams five years ago and were returning on this trip to buy my stepdaughter's. When we have enough money to put a bed in the spare room - we'll be back :)

We was greeted as soon as we came in the store, offered drinks and was shown around the beds and items so we could pick the best item. Everyone was very helpful, kind and smiley.

My Husband and I went on Saturday to Dreams shop to look for a mattress. Michael was the person who assisted us. He was very helpful and patient; he showed and explained us the different type of mattresses. Michael spent a lot time with us and offered coffee, tea or chocolate, after spending a lot of time with us in the end we did not but anything. We told him that we need to check the review and visit another shop. We got surprise because he was not angry since we did not buy anything after expending a lot of time with us. We went back to the shop the next day and Michael was friendly and helpful again.

Deryck was extremely helpful throughout our purchase, from the initial enquiry in store through to the purchase. He offered us a fantastic coffee, pillows to try the beds with and answered any questions politely with a fantastic knowledge of the products. For this reason we decided to purchase at Dreams. Dreams was actually our first store we visited. Deryck deserves praise for the fantastic service he offers at Dreams Croydon.

There was no pressure to buy anything, Michael the assistant was very very helpful offer us drink twice and made us feel at ease we were in there for over 2hours bought my granddaughter a bed and my grandson a bed also and myself a bed altogether i must have spent about £5,000 yesterday i only went in with my daughter to buy a bed for my granddaughter and ending up buying three beds....

Noel form the Purley Way Croydon branch was extremely helpful and friendly as I was shopping with my aged father, he advised us on the bed and mattress and also good advice on the bedding as my father gets very hot. We were recommended the ‘cool’ bedding. We left the store feeling very satisfied.
