The staff in store were really friendly and helpful, but without being overbearing. I don't usually buy things on credit but the interest free offer was really appealing, and the process for applying was really easy.

We were greeted upon arrival and left to browse before help was offered. It was nice to be given that intial space. Deryck thw assistant then asked if we needed help and all my questions were answered throughout my visit aswell explanations of products and the various product options. I felt he follwed through with great customer service from beginning to end.

Moses our salesman was very helpful and showed us what we were looking for quickly and effeciently.

The consultant was very knowledgeable and patient as I had a moody 14 year old! He didnt attempt to rush us or push products onto us.

Efficient staff. I didn't want to spend hours going through the payment at the end and was pleased with how easy they made it. They even made my partner a coffee.
