Michael was very helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed and all our questions answered. The range available on display was good.

Deeyck was very helpful and attentive. He was not simply trying to sell the most expensive item. He listened to what I wanted and made suitable recommendations. Overall, it was a very quick and easy experience.

We were attended to as soon as we entered the store by a charming man called Moses - we explained what we were looking for (zip and link beds) and he took us straight over to them. He clearly explained all the differences and costs and how the mattresses were made and was not at all pushy. The store was well laid out and clean and we were offered a drink. Moses couldn't have been more helpful.

Moses our assistance was so kind making us coffee whilst we decided on our choices he was not pushy but when asked gave us the information we requested in detail - our purchase was made simple and stress free and we are extremely pleased with the level of service he provided - I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and family - I am a very happy customer & thank you Moses

Was seen to straight away and was taken to items specifically asked for, was made coffee and was able to search for a bed within the delivery time we needed ASAP as my nan was moving into a dementia home, so was very helpful.
