We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Dreams thanks to Barret. Within seconds of walking into the store he welcomed us and was more than happy to assist us. Not only did he thoroughly explain the differences between the bed frames but he also made sure that he fully understood our needs with a mattress to select the best fit. He even made time amongst all this to make us a drink! We couldn’t be happier with the service so thank you Dreams and Barret!

We were greeted by Barret when we entered the store. He took us to the sleepmatch machine which was amazing, he talked us through the whole process, got us a hot drink and Helped us choose the perfect bed and mattress

Excellent service from Deryck at the Croydon store. From initial phone call to store visit and then to purchase, his manner, product knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding. A credit to your business. I would have no problems in recommending Dreams to anyone wanting a new bed/ mattress.

I wasn't sure about buying the mattress so went away to think about it....but service was good and I thought the price was ok so went back to buy mattress.
