Dreams - Croydon

We were encouraged to lay on the beds and experience the mattress and pillows. Pull drawers out etc to see hw big they were. We were told hw the mattress worked ie springs , foam memory etc. Once our mind was made up and whilst we were doing a the paper work, we were offered a lovely cup of hot chocolate to seal the deal. So overall experience was very good.!

Plenty of freedom to test beds but with staff around to help

The assistant Deryck was very knowledgeable about the products and took time to explain the quality and difference in makes. He allowed us time to try various mattresses to enable us to make an informed choice. He was friendly and polite and took an interest in us as individuals.

I was very happy with Tanya who served me. She directed me to several mattresses that fitted what I wanted but did not put any pressure on me to buy. I was given time on my own to try out the mattresses. Tanya was pleasant and helpful.

I found what I was looking for and in next within a short while the store assistant came to help us out, he was courteous, offered us a hot drink, we opted for two latte's! Very nice quality of coffee! We then were advised of the options we had to buy a single bed for my son. The bed he liked was going to take more than 5 weeks! I wanted it for Monday, as my sons birthday is approaching! I suggested that small double and he agreed and we bought the bed, along with pillows and a nice mattress of my sons likings, so l it all we were highly satisfied and hopefully the bed shall arrive on Monday!

I went into the store with a very specific idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Michael was extremely friendly, he offered me a drink, he let us try out every single mattress until we found the perfect one. I wanted a storage ottoman, and a headboaard and he showed me everysingle possible combination and together we created the final bed.

We were greeted by Malvina within a few seconds of arriving at the store and she was extremely knowledgeable about the products you offer to our requirements. We actually wanted to buy an Eve mattress as I was aware that Tempur could be hot; however with her knowledge both store wise and personally she soon had us sold on a Tempur cool touch. She spent time with us going over all the different options in the cool touch range and nothing was too much for her. She then also tried to find a colour swatch of our current bedding to see if it would work with the new Hopkins Ottoman we were looking at buying. She made us coffee and let us spend time choosing eventually the Sensation. Nothing was too much for her - she is a credit to your team. The shop was very open and not crowded which made the whole shopping experience pleasant. I would highly recommend you and the Croydon branch to my friends and family.
