Staff checked we were happy and did not feel pressured. Able to take our time and decide but also staff gave advice and expertise when asked. Was offered a drink and in particular Darren was very helpful and patient.

It was a very easy process and Deryick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I was seen by your colleague Micheal, who I have seen on previous purchases, both for myself and my mother. Every time he is ready with a smile, very professional, courteous.

The staff was uniquely helpful and friendly as well as explained other options that were available.

Darren made the difference to our experience. Also we were able to get exactly what we wanted at the price we were looking for. High quality products with a couple of freebies thrown in too

Only issue I had was, I parked my car in Purley way near the front car-park - I could see the big dreams sign but I couldn't see the door for the shop. I hadn't realised even though theres a Dreams sign at the front the job is past the the VUE cinema. Maybe a sign pointing that way would help but other than that my experience inside the shop with Tanya was very good!

We were served by Michael at the Croydon Purley Way branch, he was very helpful, informative polite and professional. He didn't push us and gave us time and space to wander around and make a decision
