We was greeted on arrival and asked if we needed help, they listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction. They allowed us to browse and then came back to us. We were given the option to try the sleep system machine to find our ideal mattress which worked well and found the perfect match. We was shown other matches aswell. We was offered a hot drink and top ups when we needed, and made use of the toilet but it was lacking the hand drying facilities. Diane completed our order and allowed us time to make decisions and was friendly and chatty throughout and she made the experience easier with her knowledge of the ranges

They was patient with me I am in a wheelchair and they took their time with me until I was satisfied with what I’ve got they were understanding what my knees was and took me through all of it bit by bit and slowly
