The colleague deryck at dreams purely way was exceptional and so was his customer service. The products and knowledge around them gave us reassurance that we were choosing the right bed. The only dissapointing factor was the time of delivery. Overall a excellent experience.

The female assistant was fabulous. I felt she listened carefully to what I was looking for and because of this she was able to direct me to the bed and mattress which of course was exactly what I was after 😁

Michael, the sales assistant who dealt with us was welcoming, friendly and efficient. Very professional in his manner. Great layout of store. Item ordered yet to be delivered so am hoping the service is just as fab.

we were greeted with a friendly greeting asking if we needed any assistance which was nice as he could probably see we needed help. he explained the difference between the mattresses and encouraged us to try them out by lying on them which was good as i never know if we can just lie on them or wait to be asked. he also gave us time to go off round the store to make our minds up.

Kirsty was very friendly and helpful made it so easy to pick the right mattress especially the different choices you have in store had a nice chat and nice coffee and would definitely recommend friends and family to the store and will be coming back to buy our bed frame
