Very friendly customer service, quick but not intrusive. Found the new bed measure system weird but very good result wise.

Kirsty was lovely , she was able to give us the knowledge of the products we wanted and gave us many opinions to chose from

Our salesman, Deryck, was excellent, he gave us plenty of time and space to browse at our leisure and advised in a really non-biased and informative way which helped us make an informed purchase. He instantly knew the answers to all of our questions. What we thought might be a slightly stressful experience turned out to be quite fun and pleasing and ultimately lead to us buying a few extras, such as, tempur pillows & upgrading from our initial online research choice to something that perhaps would last a little longer & be more comfortable.

Melwina greeted us warmly upon our arrival in Dreams Croydon. She showed us around some initial beds before allowing us to experience the amazing Sleep Match machine which helped us narrow down a decision from the extensive range stocked. She showed us round our initially suggested list of beds and made sure we have fresh pillows whilst moving round several different mattresses. After answering several questions we had and expanding our knowledge of all the frames and mattresses in stock we were allowed to go and have a walk around and try out some other mattresses. This lead us to the decision that we finally settled on and we are extremely pleased with. Melwina made us feel extremely welcome and answered our questions expertly, and there were many. We have made a decision that we are both extremely pleased with and this was largely helped by the help provided in store. I would highly recommend Dreams Croydon and Melwina for anyone who is unsure in what they are looking for in a bed!

The assistant was friendly with a warm welcome, offering coffee. A good knowledge of colours, when I was choosing my headboard.

We received the help that we needed and were assisted throughout our time in the store. We were given expert advice and everything was explained to us so that we understood exactly what we were questioning.
