Noel was very good with us on Tuesday March 5, 2019, excellent service and knowledge of the products, he knew what we needed and did an great job with us. Noel tried to hard to please us with the delivery options as well as with the products we were after. We did not go there with the intention to buy that day, but only to know if they had what we wanted. We left with 2 pillows, one King mattress, a base and a headboard. Thanks!

I was highly satisfied due to the assistant Moses being extremely patient with me trying out numerous mattresses to be sure which 1 was right for me. He was very courteous & polite although probably was screaming for me to make a decision in his head.

On entering the Purley, valley park store we were immediately approached by Mel, she was very friendly and helpful, she asked us what we were looking for and then showed us all of the different options and answered all of our questions, her knowledge and demonstration of some of the products was very good and helped us to choose the best bed for us!
