Dreams - Croydon

I found what I was looking for very easily - the display of headboards. Whilst I was looking at these I was approached by a staff member but I said I was OK and he left me alone. After a few minutes I had decided what I wanted and I called him over and he was very helpful and took my order efficiently. The staff member was called Moses. My only disappointment was that there is no stock in the store but I realise this is reasonable and delivery was available within five days.

We were lucky enough to have the attention of the Assistant Manager who was attentive, helpful, friendly but not pushy, gave us a drink, suggested we use the computer price test by laying on a bed and coming up with the type of mattress best for us, dealing with the sale efficiently and taking the time to let us make our decision without being at all overbearing for a sale - excellent man.

I shopped with dreams before and I had such a great experience I came back. I knew what I wanted to buy and Noel couldn’t be more helpful professional and courteous. Very satisfied with the complete service and I’ll be back when I buy some new beds.

I went to Dreams with a specific item in mind. While browsing at the beds section,I must have caught the attention of Michael who quickly came over and asked if I needed of any assistance. I replied yes and after explaining my request, I was showed around the store looking at different beds. After some deliberations I finally made up my mind and completed a purchase.

Tanya was very helpful and very knowledgeable with providing me with details about what I needed.

The service of Noel who assisted me in store was very good he was helpful in Finding the right mattress to suit my needs and ensured I got a good deal that included a discount, so overall I was very satisfied with my purchase.
