The person who served us - Malwina - went out of her way to assist us and we came in with the intention of buying two beds, but two beds of the right quality and price. Malwina took account of our specific needs, measuring the height of the beds as we wanted higher beds, recommending several types of mattress which would meet our needs, gave us several choices of colour for the the bed frames from different bed manufacturers. She explained everything to us fully at the order stage and made it clear the price of each item. She made us feel welcome by offering a coffee and told us about the delivery of the items and the after service, and arranged for one of the existing beds to be taken away and for the new bed to be assembled. We could not fault her in terms of customer service and you should be proud to have such a committed employee.

Using the sleep match, it was great to know where our pressure points were for me and my partner. Then having Deryck speak to us with our results and the recommendations were very helpful. Trying the different mattresses we were able to find the perfect one which is brilliant as we've been looking for a while.

We were greeted on entering the store but there was no pressure from the salesperson Mel. She asked if we'd like to use the sleep match machine to help us find the right mattress and we did choose one from the recommended options. Mel also let us try out various pillows to ensure we found the right ones for our new mattress and my husband and I chose different ones as he prefers a firmer pillow. We were also offered a drink which was a nice touch. Everything was explained to us whilst the order was going through and Mel was very pleasant, friendly and helpful throughout. Thank you

We found the staff very helpful not to pushy made us a nice cup of coffee when we was looking around .Dealt with our order very quick but with out rushing .

The sales consultant, Michael, at Dreams in Croydon was forthcoming, professional and knowledgeable and tried to make my purchase experience as pleasant as possible. He advised me on all aspects of my purchase and guided me expertly through the various choices. His friendly and relaxed demeanour helped me with the process of making the correct decision about which mattress to buy that prior to my visit to Dreams had been daunting.

I went in a bit persimistic about finding what would really work for my wife and I as we had visited other bed stores and couldn’t agree on one type as she liked one and I like another. But after using the sleep match in dreams the first bed we were recommended felt just perfect and for once we agreed we both liked it. We didn’t intend to spend that much on a bed but it just felt too good to refuse the offer as it really fit our needs and the ease of purchase was fantastic as well.

Deryck who served us was very knowledgeable, he helped us using the smart sleep bed - then we went around and tried all of the mattresses that were chosen for us - we also took round some pillows that we used on each mattress. Deryck was quick to help us and take us around the store - he also helped us with additional mattress cover and a mattress protector.
