we were served by Michael at the Croydon branch. He was most helpful and polite and assisted us on choosing the perfect mattress for us.

Michael the gentleman who assisted us couldn’t have been more helpful but not at all pushy! We were given the opportunity to use the new machine to enable us to find the best mattresses for the way we sleep, including my back problems. We were allowed to try all mattresses suggested by this machine and this enabled us to make our decision.

Knowledge of the staff we saw and their expertise. Very polite, not pushy and gave us space to browse.

We were greeted warmly on arrival, asked what we wanted and were shown options immediately. It was a very easy experience and the salesman was absolutely charming and helpful.

I was greated by the store manager who knew my name which meant he paid atteion to my booking. He was attentive and polite. I was offered a drink which was a big surprise. Having worked in the service and sales industry for over 15 years I was pleasantly shocked by the level of professionalism in the store.

The person who served us - Malwina - went out of her way to assist us and we came in with the intention of buying two beds, but two beds of the right quality and price. Malwina took account of our specific needs, measuring the height of the beds as we wanted higher beds, recommending several types of mattress which would meet our needs, gave us several choices of colour for the the bed frames from different bed manufacturers. She explained everything to us fully at the order stage and made it clear the price of each item. She made us feel welcome by offering a coffee and told us about the delivery of the items and the after service, and arranged for one of the existing beds to be taken away and for the new bed to be assembled. We could not fault her in terms of customer service and you should be proud to have such a committed employee.
