Dreams - Croydon

On entering the store we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly member of staff called Diane who offered me and my sister and a hot drink. I had an idea what I wanted but we still looked around Diane explained about the machine that we could lie on to ensure we made the right decision but as I was fairly confident that I knew what I wanted I declined. Diane was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I am pleased with my decision about the mattress I believe with Diane’s help I made the right decision. Diane very kindly explained about the pillows too and brought a couple to me to try out and I purchased two of them too. Diane is a credit to your store, she is very knowledgeable and professional. Me and my sister were delighted to be served by her. Thank you so much I’m delighted with my purchases

The sales assistant was very skilled she offered help but gave us the option of declining and advised us to look around and try the beds if we wanted to. She wasn't pushy or pretentious but very genuine in her desire to help us. She offered us choice and was not racing to make a quick sale. She took her time explained every thing and was able to give me a discount. I particularly enjoyed the .machine which calculates which mattress is best for you. I was encouraged to try as many mattresses as I wanted and look at the different beds. I felt like a kid I a candy store 🤣

I rate my experience as highly satisfied because from the moment I entered the showroom I felt at ease and loved the display of goods. I observed the staff were polite and friendly and not overwhelming the customers but I could see they were ready to assist as required. When I was approached it was done so politely that I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.

Deryck had amazing patience. He explained everything so nicely. He knew the products very well. I am new to the country and need everything new. He was very helpful with great tips.

Moses who served us was most helpful and accommodating. He really did put the customer first and listened to our every need. There was a marvellous selection of beds available to try and we were very pleased with the service and quality of merchandise. We were also most pleased with the reductions.

The assistant serving us was very knowledgeable with the products. He offered us pillows, a drink, to test items and more but what was most helpful was that he was warming and able to be spoken with. He did not force a sale and gave us time alone to discuss exactly what we were happy paying for. We listened to his suggestions then even tried out others only to come back to exactly what he recommended. Brilliant service and it's good to turn up in a store and get someone that is brilliant at there job. I believe his name was Micheal and we were at the Croydon branch

Arrived at the store (Croydon) - was looking around for about 5mins - then was approached by a staff member and then they were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - the mattress we wanted was not in the store - so the staff member checked the system - and it had been discontinued - so staff member made a suggestion with another type simular and we ended up going for a another type completely as staff member had listened to our wants and not wants for the mattress type. Very please with what we ended up buying - even though it wasn't the one we originally came in for.
