Michael Frances was very welcoming and professional, he greeted us offers a drink, provided an alternative pillow and guided me through sleep match. He appeared very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to give me the best option without being pushy.

I was welcomed as i entered the door and Diane was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout my whole experience. Even when I mislaid my car key in the store, she went the extra mile to find it for me.

Friendly staff allowing us plenty of time to make a choice

The employee, Glen, was extremely friendly and helpful. I initially came to the store as my sister was looking for mattresses for her daughters and I had no intention of buying for myself. Glen immediately came over to her and addressed all her needs, introducing a range of products and their specialities whilst highlighting the ones at a reduced price. He was not pushy at all and really cared about getting us the right product. Once chosen, the transaction went through quickly, which was a relief with three children with us. Through seeing this, i decided to enquire for a mattress as (having a physical job) my back and posture were noticeably suffering. Glen introduced me to the products that best suited me and even gave me a pillow to test out the mattresses. The first recommendation he had was perfect, I even felt my back click as the mattress agreed with me. With no intention of buying, I ended up happily buying a new mattress, which would not have happened without Glen’s experience, expertise and friendliness. You need to keep hold of employee’s like him!

Because of the assistant I was fortunate to have attend me. Michael Francis He was extremely helpful and made me a nice cup of coffee. Very nice young man.

On arrival at the Purley Way store, Moses (Sales Assistant) approached me asking if I needed any help. He listened and suggested I make use of the 'bed/mattress selector machine'. He explained everything and was extremely calm, polite, attentive and helpful.

I was looking for a guest bed, that will only have occasional use. Tanya was understanding of my requirements, and was very helpful ensuring my choice was the right one
