This is the 2nd purchase in as many years and i have had the same adviser (Moses) on both occasions. We had a great experience and truly enjoyed the dreams mattress shaping and compatibility measurements. Moses was fantastic on both occasions, delivery sound advise amd tailoring our payment options.

The lady,Mel, who served us was neither pushy nor "fake friendly" - she was kind, approachable and helpful. A previous Dreams store I visited, I felt pushed into making a purchase so I declined. Mel was great.
