I bought a new mattress from the Croydon store and was served by a gentleman called Michael. He was extremely friendly to my myself and my parents, and was very understanding of my needs. We were offered teas and coffee, and he was very patient with us choosing a mattress. Overall, I give Dreams and Michael's service 10/10. Thank you.

Were welcomed in by Noel and were shown the sleep match machine. After being on there Noel took us to the mattress from the list and let's us tried the different variations of the the tempur matress and pillows. Let's us take our time and really relax on the matress.

We only been in the shop for an hour and the entire process quite easy and we bought 2 beds within that hour. Staff really helped me to introduce the products and it was easy for us to pick which one we want.

Michael the store assistant greeted us immediately and was very friendly. As we weren’t too sure what it was we needed, we gave him a brief rundown of what we wanted. The products he showed us were high quality and he stopped at nothing to help us

When we initially visited the store the assistant, Mel, was very helpful and informative showing various beds that may be acceptable for our requirements. While we tried out different beds she left us to discuss on our own while still being close enough to ask for advice if needed but without being intrusive. When we left she thanked us and was polite and we didn't feel at all pressured and it was a pleasureable visit. After visiting other stores and considering our options we decided to return to Dreams and was pleased to see the same assistant again we reviewed our options before making a final decision, Mel remembered us from our previous visit and pleasingly had the same enthusiasm she was happy to discuss and answer any other questions. Mel was polite, well spoken and very helpful she is a credit to your company. Thank you
