Knew what I wanted, was shown a couple of alternatives, advised then made my purchase. Very easy pleasant experience

The Sales lady, Mel was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable and took a great deal of time and trouble to help me find appropriate products. Not her fault, but the shop's, all your headboards are too high, please consider stocking lower ones.

Immediately when I went to the store I was greeted by Moses who ensured I was treated as a value customer. He was most helpful, polite and definitely delivered a great customer experience.

The customer advisor was really helpful and friendly. Very good customer service.

Malwina was very knowledgable and not at all pushy on our first visit. On our second visit the chap we dealt with was also very helpful and speedy.

The sales lady was a people’s person and she made our purchase very easy and had fantastic knowledge and level of customer service throughout.

Greeted near the door on arrival by Diane who was very pleasant and helpful. We were even offered a beverage. After assessing our needs using the machine Diane showed us a small selection of mattresses of different technologies until we decided on the one that best suited us. It was very helpful to be offered pillows when trying the different Mattresses as this made it more realistic. We were given plenty of time to decide, not being rushed at all. This is the second mattress we have bought from Dreams and were very satisfied with the first one that lasted over twelve years.. Now looking forward to delivery and sleeping on the new mattress. Thank you Diane.

We were the whole family there, choosing bedroom furniture for me, my partner and my brother. My family were very difficult, everyne had an opinion but Deryck was extremely patient and helped everyone, even comforted my grandmother who was exhausted. He left us enlightened space to explore other stores as we wished but minutes later we were back because the service was amazing and we felt we are safe and taken care of!

We were greeted by friendly staff, shown to the Dreams machine and then Mosses helped us choose the mattress that best fitted us. When we said we needed to go on a walk to think about it he didn’t try and stop us. We came back and asked for him to process our order. He was with another customer so his supervisor Barret put the order through under Mosses names for us
