The lady there offered me a free tea or coffee which relaxed me and made me feel comfortable, and over all found the bed good and a very professional company

Moses was very helpful and once he knew what we wanted he showed us the other options he felt were similar (including cheaper options!) which just showed he cared more about us being happy with the purchase than how much he was selling. This then lead to us buying more in the long run! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and chased us out the store when I forgot some bits from a previous store. Overall lovely customer service
