The sales man was very informative, welcoming and friendly

Moses was really friendly but did not push us into buying anything. He was patient and happy.

Moses was a fantastic sales man , he did not feel pushy and he let us try multiple beds many times with a pillow and nothing was too much trouble

The staff member that came to us when we were looking a little lost, could not of been any more helpful and courteous. She was exceptionally understanding and patient. As this purchase was extremely important due to a severe bad back.

micheal was patient and listened - as mattress for kids dealt with them speed was fab, delivery a day earlier would have been great but couldn't really complain as only 4 days - already had text ....so fingers crossed the producst are as good

Dianne in the Croydon Purley way store was very helpful and knowledgeable, she knew when to leave us to it to try out a lot of the beds but always nearby when we had a question. The prices were fair and there was a good selection of products. The store was clean and the staff seemed to have a good rapport with each other which was nice. I was recommended Dreams by a family member and would absolutely recommend them again. Thank you!
