Staff member was friendly, professional, informative and offered us a hot drink which was lovely. She asked if we needed help at the start but we were still testing mattresses so she left us to it and when we were ready we went up to her for advice and then to order. Overall a very good experience

The advisor Noel who helped me was very helpful throughout and had great product knowledge. There was no pressure to buy quickly or make a snap decision. In fact after the first visit I then returned with my Son and specifically asked for Noel again which is when I purchased the items.

The whole process was simple and made easy by the staff.

Friendly and dedicated advice

I have been searching for at least a week now to find the right bed frame or base to suit my mattress measurements and not been successful until today when I was offered help in store.

I returned to the store after visiting a couple of days earlier to look at a particular mattress. I was attended too on both occasions by Moses who was very friendly, polite and helpful. When placing the order he carefully checked all of the details with us which was reassuring. The whole process was straightforward and all information that we required was easily accessible.
