The Staff (Diane)who served me today was very patient, attentive and guided me in choosing the right items. She also greeted me upon arrival to the store. She even Allowed me to use the sleep machine to assess and analyse my body which enables me to choose the right mattress. Diane communicated calmly and clearly with me. During testing the mattresses, she gave me a pillow. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at dreams store today.

This is a very difficult time for me as I am having to leave my family home and rent a house and start from scratch as my husband refuses to leave. The lady in the store assisted me and got me what was comfortable and within my means. I was very emotional as this was my first purchase. Diane was lovely and asked if I needed anything to drink and swiftly took me through my order

Staff were extremely friendly especially Diane who served me. She was able to help with exactly what I wanted and all options were provided to me which was fantastic customer service.

The service was friendly and professional. We had a number of questions and these were all answered. The salesman had a good knowledge of the products and was able to meet our needs.

Good all round friendly service and attention to detail. Good product knowledge.

We entered your shop purely to look and price a new bed for the future.We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Nial who was just so good at giving us the right information we needed regarding new bed for bad backs etc.Very genuine and pleasant,offered hot drinks too (not many companies do this for customers ) Explained the new technology bed which we tried; to gain some more info on beds recommended and when we actually selected the bed he went the extra mile by showing us pillows,headboards etc.We never intended to buy right there and then yet some how came away with a lovely new bed,which we are very pleased to have purchased,please pass on our thanks to him,he really is an asset to your store and business.

Barret, the colleague who helped me, saw that I knew what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me a different type of bed frame or mattress. He listened to my needs and then helped me pay the deposit so that I could clear the balance 5 days before delivery. He was wonderful at giving me the mattress protector for the tempur mattress, plus the cloud pillows.
