Tanya was friendly and knowledgeable. She knew a lot about different products and was clearly trying to make my shopping experience as good as possible. I really liked the diagnostic bed!

I was served quickly & found what I was looking for. The shop assistant was helpful.

I had attentive helpful service from Mel in Croydon with wide selection, and j could take all the time I needed. No orthopaedic pillow to see. Much less impressed in tottenham court road and wands bridge road stores with smaller stocks and less excellent service. I only found the bed I’ve ordered in Croydon, otherwise might not have bought from dreams. Not received yet so I can’t rate the bed!

I need to replace 2 mattresses. The assistant in the store helped appropriately and I placed the order over the phone later as he sent me all the relevant details.

We were allowed to browse without being pounced on as soon as we entered the shop. The assistant let us know she was there if we needed anything and when we did ask for her attention, she was very helpful which made for a pain free visit!
