The Sales Representative (Diane), conducted herself in a highly professional manner. She had excellent product knowledge and provided us with the various options on mattresses. She was very friendly and was able to price up our order in a timely manner. She discussed the various options for delivery and provided a slot that was convenient for us without having to wait too long. Based on our experience I would most certainly recommend anyone to visit Dreams in Purley Way, Croydon. In addition our interaction with other staff also gave us the indication that great focus has been placed in providing excellent customer service. Moses was really friendly, he gave us the chance to use the sleep machine which was really informative.

Quality of the product is good.

As a first time homeowner, you can imagine buying a bed isn't something I've ever thought about. I had an idea of what I wanted and had looked around but couldn't really find anything I liked in the style or size I required. After seeing the bed I liked, Michael at the Croydon Valley Park branch was incredibly polite and accommodating. He took took time to answer the questions I had to a more than satisfactory standard. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He guided me through everything and a nice touch was as simple as offering me a drink. I was also surprised by Michael due to the fact he remembered me coming in almost 3 weeks prior. Thank you Michael. I hope my comments are noticed and you are acknowledged for your kind demeanour and overall fantastic customer service!
