The lovely lady that placed our order was so amazing talked us through the payment plans and how to sign in to the website she truly is a credit to the store

the staff was verry helpfull they made me fill welcome and helped me chose the mattress y tanya is a great person to have around the store i will sertanly be going back had a hot chocalate aswell cant wiat to get my mattress thank you tanya

All my questions where answered.l got seen straight away.l was made to feel welcome also my children felt included.

Great to have the computerised system telling you what bed level you should look at. Moses was not pushes, very polite and professional and we felt very comfortable with his service.

The item I was looking for was on display and could try it and order right away

Very pleasant sales assistant, she showed a good knowledge of the products and gave us ample time to consider without any hassle. We were also offered a cup of coffee as soon as we entered the showroom and then left to examine the mattresses. She dealt efficiently with the order and arranging a delivery day.

I did not intend to make a purchase today as I was simply assessing potential bedroom furniture to buy at some point in the week. However, Dereyck was very welcoming and offered full assistance the minute I walked in, and even when I was slightly dismissive and didn't give the impression that I was actually going to buy anything, he remained very professional and offered that I not hesitate to seek his assistance if needed. Needless to say that I ultimately did and couldn't have had a better professional advice on the type of mattress I needed as well as delivery timelines that suited me. Although one item wasn't readily on stock, he ensured that at least one bed & mattress be delivered just in time for my move into my new property. Without his professional assistance, I'm not sure I would've made the purchase at Dreams given the number of furniture stores in the area. Consider him an asset and a quasi 'competitive advantage' !

Mel approached us to demonstrate how to use the bed then allowed us time to go and think about it. We felt very comfortable in the store and as soon as we had decided, Mel was nearby to help us through our ordering process. We have purchased a double bed and mattress from Dreams before and were very satisfied. Today we had excellent service experience and we look forward to our new bed!
