I was dreading buying a new bed and mattress - but it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. We entered the Croydon Valley Park Store to be greeted immediately by Barret. He offered us a cup of tea (which was wonderful) - such amazing service. We roughly knew what kind of mattress we wanted and I was thrilled you had a 'soft' mattress and, better still, we could half and half: soft for me and medium for my husband. Mind you, it is good to know that we have 40 days to trial the mattress to make sure it is suitable. Barret answered all questions fully and patiently, offering sound advice and care. Wonderful service.

The assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to show us a wide range of beds in lots of different price bands.

Knowledge of assistant amazed me knew exactly after my instructions what I wanted and gave me several options for choice. When I moved to payment desk he made me a cup of coffee which was well appreciated couldn't fault my visit.

Staff was very professional,warm and welcoming. Took his tike to explain everything to us as well as demonstrating things. He did his very best to give us the earliest availability day for the delivery which was very appreciated. Great customer service!
