Stress free process from start to finish

I visited the Purley Way branch twice and was very impressed with the staff members helpfulness and knowledge on both occasions. I thought the bed-matching machine was amazing - I really hope that it has directed me to a mattress which I will find comfortable for the next 8-10 years. Both members of staff were helpful and friendly, but without being at all pushy (something which I really dislike and usually puts me off buying). As a result, my mother and I both ordered new mattresses. I really like the fact that if I am not finding the mattress comfortable after 30 days, I can exchange it. The delivery time was good too.

Clara was very helpful when we were trying to decide which sofa bed to order. We found her customer service and friendliness highly commendable.

Sales assistant was very helpful but not to pushy, she allowed us have our own space when needed to make a choice on which bed was best for us. The bed testing machine was very helpful in letting us know which bed was right for us. We walked away with a great purchase!
