My partner and I were served by Michael - In the Valley Park Store, validation code 197. He was very friendly, offered us a pillow and a drink which my partner accepted (both the tempur pillow and a cup of tea) which kept him very happy whilst I dragged him around in search of a perfect mattress. Michael was very helpful and friendly.

We were served by a lovely man called Micheal, he was fabulous! We only went to browse but his customer service was so good we ended up purchasing a mattress & a set of pillows plus all the extras. He had great knowledge & made us feel so comfortable trying out the mattresses.

We were greeted by Noel in a professional manner, we were offered all the necessary items required to make our sleep in the new purchase as comfortable as possible, pillows, duvet and mattress protectors, we also upgraded to the smart TV as the offer was too good to be true, all in all a great experience.

We were served by Michael who couldn't have been more helpful, he was highly knowledgeable about all the products and wasn't too pushy or in a hurry. He showed us a range of mattresses but didn't try and push the more expensive ones. He listened to what I wanted and was a great help. Delivery time was really quick and easy. Overall we were very impressed.

Highly satisfied with the service we received today in Dreams Purely way. Very pleased with Mr. Barret who gave us fantastic customer service and went an extra mile for us. I would definitely recommend Dreams and definitely come back and ask for his service.

We were assisted by Deryck who was extremely helpful. We said that we haven’t shopped for beds for a long time and he used the computerised bed to find out what mattresses would best suit us. Deryck was never pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. The info from the read-out really helped narrow down our search. We were also given coffee as we tried out different beds.

The whole experience was easy from the welcome we received when entering the shop right through to ordering our mattress. Excellent personal service
