Michael helped answer any questions I had. He gave me space when I needed to think and was available (and not pushy) when I had queries. He made me a coffee and was very knowledgeable about all the products. I was happy with the delivery time and so I ordered on the day. Overall what could have been a stressful experience turned into an enjoyable one!

As we walked through the door Malwina (Purley way store) saw us and greeted us with a smile and a hello. As we walked around looking no other store assistant greeted us or asked if we needed help. 5,10 minutes later Malwina approached us and asked if we needed help which we did and from that moment on she guided us to everything we needed. She had a fantastic knowledge of the products and never rushed us to make a decision about what we wanted to purchase. I wish every store assistant had her professionalism and attentive manner towards her customers. Unusually loved the experience and would definitely shop again asking for Malwina.
