Diane served me and my partner she was so lovely she helped us find a good bed. She wasn’t greedy for the sale either which I loved I hate when you go in to a store and you feel forced. We was debating on two beds and one wasn’t practical. Also the mattress firmness machine wasn’t working but she was so kind we didn’t care. She took us around all the mattress to try untill we found the one we liked. She offered us a hot drink, being management myself in retail I would poach her in a flash.

My salesman was very informative - and really understanding considering my situation and made measures to help make the transition smooth.
