The customer service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly, he was patient with me as I had a lot of questions and reservations- I ended up spending nearly double my budget but I was satisfied because I know I am going to get a good quality bed that I am happy with.

Mel greeted me upon my arrival and quickly offered me refreshments when I told her I was early for my appointment. As soon as the sleep match machine was available she got me onto it. The variety of options was good and Mel listened when I gave my preferences and steered me to the mattress I ended up purchasing. Mel also took the time to explain the finance documents, and highlighted your 'comfort' policy which I found reassuring. The store was bright and clean with a large amount of choice. Very pleased with everything so far; I would happily recommend the store, your sleep match system and especially Mel who could not have been more helpful.

Whilst shopping in the Croydon Valley Park store we were assisted by Michael who was both extremely friendly and helpful, with great knowledge of the products. He helped find the perfect mattress for us and could not have provided better customer service. Even had a great cup of tea! We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress.

We were supported on two visits by Mel and she was delightful. She supported us with finding a mattress that worked for us both (even though this took us about an hour or more to do) and then supported us with our purchase of mattress and bed on the next visit. It's a small thing, but as it was freezing outside and we came inside to be approached very quickly by Mel to give us hot drinks, this really made the experience memorable.

Before placing our order on the 17th we had visited the store the week before and had received excellent care and attention from Deryck. He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and professional. He instinctively understood our requirements and knew what product would be suitable for us. It was clear he had an excellent understanding of the products he sells. It was because of this that we decided to return to the store and make our purchase. We were intent on seeing Deryck again as he had been so attentive and thorough. We were pleased to see that Deryck was available to complete our purchase for us. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to Dreams.

Barret was very helpful. Answered all our questions. We used the mattress stimulated to determine the right mattress and came away buying the mattress that was most suitable for us.

Diane served us and was helpful and knowledgable about all the products. She offered us drinks and we did the Dreams rest.
