Deryck approached us immediately. I was specific as to what we needed so he offered us a drink and showed us exactly what we had in mind. We had already used your sleep experience bed a few weeks ago which was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and had very kind manner. Understood what we wanted and did not rush us.

The first assistant was serving someone and pointed me in the wrong direction however the second assistant couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Showed me exactly what I needed and even carried the mattress out to the car. She was great.

Michael knew alot about Mattresses, We knew what we wanted and he knew the best ones to show us.

Barrett was extremely helpful and listened to our needs

Me and my husband were looking for a cost effective bedding solution for his back problems. Having tried and failed few other brands, we were but skeptical about this store as well. However we were assisted by a wonderful staff. She took time to understand our needs and gave us mattress options. She was patient enough giving us ample time to make decision not biasing us in any way.Overall very professional bunch of people.

The gentleman serving us was genuine and polite, and wasn't pushy.
