Glen. It was all down to fantastic customer service from Glen. So friendly, but professional. Very very knowledgeable. I was not in the best of moods but within minutes, I was enjoying my time in the store as Glen walked me around the products. If it hadn’t been for Glen, I likely would have walked out the door, not having made a purchase.

We only popped into Dreams to browse as we were in the area. Michael (D) was welcoming and helpful but not pushy (he even offered us a drink). It was clear afterwards that he was observing what we were looking at and already planning how he could help us as he left us to our browsing - the sign of someone who is customer focused and knows what they are doing. When I approached him again with a couple of questions, he sprang into action and started guiding us through the process towards the best product for our needs and budget. The computerised bed which helps determine your ideal mattress was a pleasant surprise and I did not realise how basic my pillow at home was compared to what he was able to offer us. I really liked that we were encouraged to lie on the beds and pillows as much and as long as we needed in order to make the right choice and throughout this process Michael remained patient and attentive. I had no intention of ordering a bed (with mattress, headboard, pillows and mattress protector) yesterday, thinking I would shop around and take some time to decide and the fact I left the store having placed an order was entirely down to Michael

The assistance was on very high level. The products were easily approachable and clearly marked. The payment is very flexible. Thank you very much for your service.

He was extremely polite and very professional, had a look into stuff for us if he was unsure as he didn’t want to give us any false information and didn’t push us for a sale, gave us his own personal experience with mattress and showed us the equivalent to what we were looking for! Michael Francis was our Sleep Expert and he was extremely helpful, greeting us politely offering us drinks, and also ensuring we had other pieces as well, including a pillow and a duvet. He also gave us enough space to make our own decision which was really appreciated! Really enjoyed the technology to help us find the perfect bed too.
