The staff was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

We bought our last mattress from dreams about 8 years ago and wanted a similar combi product. Deryck the sales person was very friendly when he greeted us and helped us find suitable alternatives and clearly explained what each mattress offered. He also helped us find a pillow we each liked, which we have had trouble finding on our own in other shops. We were also offered a drink which was great as I've been unwell and water was exactly what I needed.

Baret was very personable, patient and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

We were looking for a new mattress for our teenage daughter The assistant was knowledgeable of the preferences of teenage and took us straight to dual spring and memory foam mattress

Greeted as soon as entered the store. All colleagues highly knowledgeable and welcoming and were more than happy with me trying products (mattresses) multiple times. Did not feel pressured at all

Very informative courteous and patient staff member Michael who doesn’t with us . Gave us as much time as we needed to make our minds up about which mattress we wanted . Whole process very easy .

The sales assistant was verry friendly, she approached us quickly and never left our side. She understood our needs

Service we received was to a very high standard. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed in to buying by a hard sale, which I hate! But that I was be given all the information needed to make an informed choice about what it was that we wanted and what we suit our needs.
