Dreams - Croydon

We were looking to replace our 2 beds. The sales assistant Tanya at the Valley Park store was excellent. We were suggested to try the mattress tester which was very informative and Tanya spent over an hour explaining the different mattresses we should look at after the test was finished. She was very patient as we enquired about different mattresses and helpful in making our final decision. The store was very inviting and staff very helpful and when it came to purchase our items we were talked though all the options and what we can have and what we would like done like taking away our old mattresses.

The store was very fully stocked with different mattress and gave us a range to look at.

Diane was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs (and also my daughter who managed to get 2 hot chocolates from her!). She was very patient and knowledgeable and I left very happy with my purchases

Was greeted early on entering store. Left alone to browse at our leisure then when we were ready DIANE was available to help us. We were offered a drink and everything was explained about sleep guarantee etc. A selection of delivery dates was given and payment was taken. Very happy and satisfied just hope delivery is just as good.

I have forgotten the name of the customer service agent who served me but she was wonderful. Most times I walk into shops and I’m either ignored or judged before people make it obvious they do not want to serve me. I have had bad customer service experience but this was out standing. I didn’t even realise anyone was in the store until she came and approached me from across the shop. She was understanding, kind and most importantly patient with my and the struggle I had choosing a bed.

The staff member who service was very versed in her knowledge and was very polite. The service provided as excellent and I would strongly recommend Dreams to other people.

Great knowledge of products. We were not rushed and were given a transparent sale. Products and extra covers were explained, without a pushy sale. Time was taken to understand our needs and what would be best suited for us.

We were served by Barret whilst in store who was extremely helpful.

The man who served/assist us was really helpful. He made this experience less stressful. He had a lot of knowledge about the products.
