The assistant who helped me was great, knew her stuff, made me 2 cups of coffee and gave me all the information i needed to choose my bed and mattress. I was pleased she helped as i went in to buy a different bed, and with her help, i chose a better option.

As a first time customer to a DREAMS store the overall impression of helpfulness of the sales person, range on display plus price range and cleanliness and general abience of the store exceeded my expectations and made it worth the effort of doing a personal shop rather than using the usual choice of shopping on line

I needed questions answered, regarding a bed i'd seen on line and a new mattress my assistant took my through the process easily - immediately understood what i wanted to know and he helped me make the purchase, of the bed and the mattress - easily and quickly and as i made my mind up he bought me a hot chocolate. I can be quite indecisive and he lead me to the right decision!
