Dreams - Croydon

This was my first visit to a Dreams Store and was very impressed with the whole experience.

We had a lady called Mel who helped us in the Purley Way Croydon store. She was excellent-so friendly and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. She had all the time for us even when we were indecisive as there were so many beds she quickly helped us work our way through them and find the bed of our dreams!!

Deryck was very helpful, offered refreshments, showed us the sleep station and showed us how to find exactly the kind of mattress we were looking for.

Our dreams Colleaque Michael was good and experience and will be coming back in few months to purchase another bed for our son who is looking at a matteress and double bed.

The assistance we were given by Deryck was very good, he provided us with the knowledge and understanding we needed to order the right bed for our needs. He spent a good amount of time with us and was eager to answer our questions. The whole process from choosing the bed to ordering and selecting delivery date was smooth and no problems were encountered during our visit

Deryck at Dreams Croydon was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and spent time listening to our needs and requirements. He advised us to use the sleep match machine which matched us to a firm mattress. He then spent time showing us all our options and in the end we went for Hyde & Sleep K Hybrid Plus which we found to be the most comfortable and at a reasonable price. Deryck also advised about the bedcover service plan which we took out. All round very happy with our experience at dreams and many thanks to Deryck for all his help!

I had plenty of assistance from Mel at dreams, Purley way. She was incredibly knowledgeable with her products and was very helpful with finding the perfect product for me. She was also very friendly by offering me tea and coffee

The service was brilliant and Michael had alot of patience

We were attended to as soon as we walked in and was shown different beds to suit my needs. The assistant was patient and helpful. Had great product knowledge. Could pick delivery date, which is important.
