Diane who greeted us in store was very friendly made us feel welcome , & comfortable very helpful with choosing our mattress to suit us after using your great matching machine so we are looking forward to our new mattress &thanks again to your fab assistant Diane

The customer service received was of the highest standard and "Michael" who served me was interested in what I wanted and took the time to explain everything in full, I have just been into DFS and the service was rubbish so looked in Dreams so different.

Micheal the assistant was attentive, friendly, understanding but professional.. We took a while making decisions on type of bed, head board and mattress to suit our needs Micheal was so helpful and knowledgable of products and options .

I was very happy by the service provided by the representative that served me. He had only started at the job and he was really good! Took time to understand my needs and what I was looking for, showed me around the shop many times, I had the opportunity to try as many products as I wanted, he provided me with recommendations and offers available. Seemed knowledgeable about the products and what would be the best to me. I went to Dreams Croydon in the afternoon on 29th February and the person who served me is called Tyrrel. One negative comment I have is that the amount of forms to be filled and the details required to complete the sale are just ridiculous. We spent so much time filling the forms and checking details that made me fill frustrated. It wasn't Tyrell's fault at all, the system is bad. He was doing all accordingly while being supervised by another colleague. He mentioned was his first time finishing the sale and I thought he did very well for a first time. I think clients should be given a tablet or something similar to fill up the forms and details, would help speed up the process.

I knew exactly what I wanted before going to the store a lovely man called Michael came and helped us so we went to purchase the mattress within 10 minutes of being in the store which I was happy about

Tanya the salesperson was extremely helpful and showed us a variety of mattresses that met my needs. She was patient and friendly which made this a very pleasant shopping experience.

Diane was v helpful and friendly We used the sleep machine and found this useful. We were offered a drink and given plenty of time to make our minds up.I was given a pillow to try on the beds.It was very comfortable.
