We were acknowledged and welcomed as soon as we entered the store. After explaining what we were looking for, we were directed to the beds we were looking for, given swatches and then left alone to browse with the offer of assistance if we had any questions. There was certainly no hard sell. Once we had decided what we wanted, we ordered the bed through Moses who was really helpful and efficient. He offered us a drink, answered our questions and even gave us some allen keys to dismantle our old bed frame. Excellent customer service!
