After saving up for some time to purchase three beds, for three specific individual sleeping needs. We went to Dreams in Purley Way and was greeted by Moses. Who was patient and and had excellent product knowledge. We look forward to receiving our new beds after the government lock down is over, to be delivered and assembled, as we cannot move back into our home until this is done.

Noel the adviser was very friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable about the products. The mattress and pillows were available a nd the process of payment was quick and efficient.

staff were attentive but not overbearing. They appeared to be knowledgeable about their products. Overall found the experience to be a good one.
