Overall great experience, from the moment we walked in we were greeted and the entire journey from start to finish was made excellent by Tyrell who was superb, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. To make the even better we even had a lovely cup of hot chocolate made for us while we were placing our order. A truly lovely experience. Thank you !!

We were greeted when we walked into the store by a friendly colleague who asked what we required we said we were looking for a ottoman bed and maybe a mattress he made us feel were his only customer even though he was attending to another customer at the same time we were therefore able to buy both bed and mattress to be delivered at a time to suit me

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. Showed me a variety of the quality of mattress And allow me to test it. The whole transactions was done fairly quickly. I am fully satisfied and waiting eagerly for my mattress to be delivered. Thank you.

The workers were really helpful and guided what i need and just excellent customer service
