i booked an appointment to ensure I was not waiting around and was seen early! Deryck was great, good product knowledge and was there to help but I didn't feel under pressure or hurry to make any decisions

Deryck was great, really knowledgeable and apologetic when the mattress i wanted was not available. Issues with the inputting were dealt with professionally. Offered me a discretional store discount when the mattress i wanted was not available, not quite the same as 60% off but i appreciated the gesture. Your summer sale was none existent

The sleep analysis machine at the beginning was amazing and did help give us a steer with our purchase, that combined with Deryck who was really helpful with giving us all the information we needed to make an informed purchase. Deryck was available when needed and had great knowledge.
