When we arrived we were greeted and was asked what we were looking for. We were quite specific so the shop assistant took us to all the products that would suit us. We were offered pillows and was allowed to take our time. We were also offered a drink and was never made to feel pushed into buying something. Great experience that you can’t get when purchasing online.

From start to finish Deryck was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The sleep machine for finding the right mattress was really good and helped to narrow down finding the right mattress - saving time on trying them all. We weren’t rushed or pressured to buy straight away and the free water was a nice touch!

The service we received was friendly and helpful

This was the first time my wife and I had visited a Dreams store. We have been married just over 3 months and we had intended to purchase a new mattress for our new home. We had visited 2 other stores on the high street but were not satisfied enough to make a purchase. Dreams was the third store we drove to and were pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm and level of customer service provided by the staff. All the options shown to us were tailored to meet our needs. Everything revolved around finding what was best for us. We also got to use a machine that would work out the best mattress for us simply by lying on it. Not only was it fascinating that technology has advanced so much, but this really narrowed down the options and made the experience so much quicker and easier. Needless to say we were very happy and walked away having purchased not only a mattress, but a new bed frame and tempur pillows as well! The attention to what the customer is looking for and level of customer service simply did not compare to any of the other stores we visited. We will definitely be returning to Dreams to make other purchases when we furnish the rest of our new home.
