We were only meant to be looking today. Moses was really helpful, and so we brought right away. His advice and patience was refreshing to see. The beds which determine which type of bed you should get are such a great idea. A slight complaint with the charge to remove the old bed. £75 seems like a lot, but we will recommend Dreams

I was worried that there might be too many people in the store but in fact it was fine and sanitiser and coffee was available which made for a pleasant experience. A member of staff helped me with choosing the right bed at the price I could afford. There was no rush and the whole procedure went very smoothly. I had bought beds at Dreams before over the years in different locations.
