Moses our sales rep was amazing!!!!Nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgable and highly attentive. Our customer journey was exceptional. After offering us a drink, he took us through the mattress match which he helped us find the perfect one for our varying needs and he asked all the right questions and made all the best recommendations. Thereafter he helped us select the right pillows and even offered advice on how to care for and clean them!!! When we sat down, he tried to get us the best possible price and was methodical in ensuring that we had all the info we needed to hand and everything was correct going through various cover options etc. He was so patient and not the least bit pushy, everything was seamless and what I thought would be a stressful shopping trip was honestly so enjoyable! We left with our complete bed frame and accompanying furniture, the perfect mattress and pillows!
