The whole experiance was quick and easy, helped by the knowlwdge and avaliability of the staff

Level of service provided was of a very high standard. Staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgable. The store was spacious laid out which promoted social distancing. There was also a professional but relaxed atmosphere that helped to keep me in the store and ultimately purchase goods. Hand sanitiser was also readily available.

The assistant (lady called Diane) greeted us politely and was very very helpful. She kindly served us a coffee, and advised us to try the sleep machine to find our perfect mattress. She then got us to try the various mattresses that the sleep machine had indicated, and we were happy with the one we purchased. She also advised us on pillows, which we used whilst trying the mattresses, and we were impressed with these, so bought two of them as well. Overall, very impressed with Diane.

The lady assistant instantly offered to help my wife and I and asked if we had any medical problems. Because we both have bad backs she suggested that we try the computer operated system to determine the best bed for us. She then instantly found the correct one that fell within our budget. She explained the payment process and the maintenance required of the mattress in detail. Could not fault this lady- she is a terrific ambassador for your company!!
