The girl helping me was very nice, advised me well and most importantly gave me a few minutes space alone to make my decision without pressurising me.

I cannot speak highly enough of glen - who greeted me at the door and when asked offered all necessary information clearly but concisely too. He was a friendly individual with a lovely attitude towards his work. It is not often that a customer feels that the assistant actually enjoys both his job and looking after his customer. He put my order together thoughtfully (for me) and carefully, ensuring that I knew of other available choices. Actually, I am NOT just 'highly satisfied' I am utterly delighted with the shopping experience in the store on Saturday

Michael Francis has been very friendly, patient and helpful with us, helping us finding the perfect mattress. He offered us the sleepmatch machine, offered various options that fits our needs. He just made the experience so enjoyable.

Assistant was great, not pushy but helpful

I use to work for John Lewis and know their standard and visited the store on Friday to do my investigations. My friend told me about yourselves as she bought all her family beds from you shop. As soon as we got in we were met with the friendly staff, the atmosphere was really nice (not pushy). Moses took care of me and was very patient. To tell the truth I didn’t expect to purchase straight away but my friend encouraged me and once all my questions were answered I bought both the base and mattress- spending much more than expected but know I’ve got what is right for me.

Glen served us and he very efficient, patient and he took his time to help us find the best bed and affordable bed. Honesty, we couldn't fault him. We had been to other places but he was honeslty the best and he took his yyime with everything

I was met on entry to the store the sales assistant (Michael) was attentive, immediately understood what I wanted and ensured that I was comfortable trying out the product.
